We do not guarantee a match will be found, nor that any matched broker will be able to fulfill your specific requirements. We use reasonable efforts to connect you with suitable brokers based on the information you provide.

4. Third-Party Brokers

The brokers we work with are independent third parties. CatamaranMatch.com does not employ, control, or supervise these brokers, and we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, advice, or the quality of services they provide.

Once you are connected with a broker, any agreements, payments, or disputes are solely between you and that broker. We are not liable for:

The accuracy of information provided by brokers
Trip cancellations, changes, or failures to deliver services
Any financial loss arising from a booking made through a matched broker
Any disputes between you and a broker

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Site and our matching service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or the suitability of any broker match. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability
